| i failed my stateboard exam again. i missed it by 3 fucking points! i asked the instructor if there is anyway i could answer just three questions and get them right, he said no. fuck stateboard and their tests. im telling you, its a HARD test, people say that its oh so easy and blah blah blah...pfft, whatever. so yeah im bummed, embarassed, pissed off, depressed, upset and all that nonsense for the time being. all i want is my license so i can actually start my career, what more can i ask? after all the BS that ive gone through to get where im at right now that test is still fucking holding me back.
yeah ill get over it, but it sucks that im gonna have to wait another 2-3 months and fork out MORE MONEY to get another test date! such BULLSHIT.

| | boy o boy what a fucking weekend i had. yeah i know i havent posted in a long time, sorry :P anyways. so last night my cousin JR, friend Kristina and I decide to go to West Hollywood and mingle around there since WEHO Pride was going on. we get down to LA and go to a awesome adult store called the Pleasure Chest. we shop around there cause Krissy had to buy some gag gifts for her friend. i buy me a interesting toy and my cousin bought random stuff. so we leave and head out towards pride. we finally get there and jesus h tits that place was fucking PACKED. i thought of my good LJ friends thistle and nurdreams but i did not see them. there were too many people there anyways, im sure you guys had a good time though :] so we go to the Abbey and low and behold we see a few celebrities. i walked passed Bobby Trendy whom he looked at me and smiled (weird). saw comedian Bruce Valanch, the guy from the movie Knocked Up (i forget his name) and the little skater boy (i forget his name) from the movie Clueless. it was fun and all, but too overly crowded. we have one beer and decide to leave. afterwards we went to Canters and ate and by the time we were done it was already lke 230am. as we were about to leave i go to turn on my car and low and behold it doesnt start, no power no NOTHING, just clicking noises.... FABULOUS. so JR calls triple A and a guy comes within 5 minutes. now lemme just say the tow guy was CREEPY, im talking like murderer looking chainsaw massacre -leather- face type of guy. he was nice and all but just looked kinda creepy. anyways, so he jumps my car with 4 CABLES, i figured my battery was dead but nope, he tested it and it was fine, but my wires looked fried and it was giving off a poor connection and or perhaps it was my alternator, starter etc *Shrug*. so the car just kept dying. then hes all "we might have to tow it, where do you live" "Camarillo" "ok no problem ill take you with me if we have to tow it" all three of us look at eachother like ohhh sweet lord. then JR was all "hes not going to take us home, hes gonna lure us in his car and take us back to his lair, butcher and eat us up!" i then was all "yeah but we will tell him to eat Krissy first!" and of course shes all FUCK YOU GUYS.... HAhahahaah!!!! JR then said he was too precious to be eaten up. so we had a good little crack up there. the guy ended up jumping my car and so i ran it for a little bit and i was like ok im not going through Larel Canyon, ill just take the 10 and go to the 405. OMG DRAMA! my car was a mess. i was flooring it home the whole way in the slow lane and while i was driving, my car would suddenly start to lose power, the lights be all flickering and fading, then regain power. i was even too afraid to use my single lights cause i thought it would die if i turn on something. i dont know how we made it home, but it was a miracle cause as soon as i parked in front of my house, my car DIES. by this time it was already 430am and im fucking TIRED. what a mess that was last night. so this morning i had it towed to the mechanic and ill have to wait and see how much its going to cost to fix *sigh* im just glad that i didnt have to have it towed all the way from LA. im very thankful that i made it home safe. so that was my weekend. pretty adventurous i would say. so another update. i failed my stateboard exam. the written part that is. so im retaking it on the 30th of this month. im confident ill pass this second time around so wish me luck everyone. i assist my cousin Keri who is a hairdresser in Thousand Oaks, and i assist my mom and a couple other hairdressers at her work every now and then here in Camarillo. and i do my friends hair too for practice. i enjoy hair very much and will continue to educate myself with advance courses, its fun and i like it. and thats pretty much it till next time, peace out bitches Ta Ta! | | comments: Leave a comment |

| today was my stateboard exam...
results:
i passed the practical but failed the written *sigh* i BARELY made it on practical. the maximum score was 300, minimum to pass was 225. i got a 229. for the written, the max was 100, min is 70 and i got a 59 :[ yes im very upset. i worked long and hard for all this time and i ended up failing the second half, which i shouldnt have cause i have been studying my ass off. it was nerve racking. i hated being there. people were scrambling everywhere for their stuff and missing all kinds of procedures and messing up. i was shaking, sweating, had a lot of anxiety. but of course its normal for me and everyone else to be like that. i calmed down a couple times and finished my assignments but i missed a lot of points. although i did pass the practical im just still upset that i did not get my license today. if i did then id be doing hair tomorrow with my cousin Keri who is a awesome hairdresser. anyways, for those of you who said stateboard is easy. think again...ITS NOT, the written is tough as well as the practical. about 90% of the people who were there taking the exam FAILED. my friend Jessica aka little bear who was in the same class as i was failed. they were just passing out failed slips left and right. so whoever is going to graduate from beauty school and gonna go for their test, STUDY HARD AND DONT BLANK OUT! just dont let your nerves get to you like mine did, i tried to overcome them but i couldnt, although i however did my best and thats all that counts. so now i gotta re-do the written and study harder. im taking a couple days off. fuck that bullshit, i deserve it. im going to the desert probably within this week. who wants to come? :D lol annnd that is all

| its been a while since i have posted. but nonetheless i do read my friends journals all the time. whoever posts that is.
anyways ill keep this brief.
tomorrow is my stateboard exam for my cosmetology license. the long road has ended with me going to beauty school and finally the day of my test is tomorrow. its 8 hours long, 5 for hands on practical, 20min break and 2 hours for the written part. im extremely nervous and scared cause a lot of people fail it. ive been studying my ass off and practicing on my model (friends mom) non stop for the past few weeks. i hope and pray that i will pass, if i werent then i would have to wait another 2 months in order to re-take, but who says im going to fail? im sure not but of course im frightend cause its California state and all i gotta say about the state is for them to go F themselves. but theres nothing i can do to dodge anything to make things easier that the state requires, plain and simple.
wish my luck everyone, im going to need lots of it. positive thoughts and lots of positive CHI would be aprreciatd :]
ill let you all know how i did.

| its been a while since i last posted. work and school is pretty much all what ive been doing really. hanging out with friends as well, trying to live life. i went back to cosmo school for the third and final fucking time. i have almost 1300 hours, need 1600 then i gotta do the CA stateboard exam, after that i get my license and then ill start doing hair. already have a few job offers in salons around the county, cant wait. cant wait to go vidal sassoon and take the advance cut and color course, its a one week class in Santa Monica.
anyways, work and school thats about it. made lots of new friends, dumped some. still single, no bf just yet except for my hot puerto rican LJ gf ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif?v=88.8) nosferaboobs is a delish babe too, love both your girls' posts ;)
